Technical Consultant or Senior Technical Consultant

Overview
Orangutech is looking for enthusiastic and motivated SharePoint/M365 Developers for contract roles. You will be responsible for the applications and software that Orangutech uses to conduct its business with its public and private sector clients. You will work with clients and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert on all aspects of M365 and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Microsoft 365 Cloud-based solutions to meet client needs.
- Participate in and troubleshoot SharePoint and M365 installations and migrations.
- Perform administrative activities such as backup, site creation, and user issue resolution.
- Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop procedures and systems requirements that meet business needs.
- Conduct architecture and design sessions with the Development Team and Client.
- Develop SharePoint solutions, including custom/hybrid solutions and SharePoint integrations using Azure Functions.
- Develop applications leveraging SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI.
- Document the technical architecture for SharePoint and configure/maintain libraries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3–10 years of experience as a Microsoft 365/SharePoint Architect or Developer.
- Strong customer-facing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is an asset.
- Must hold or be eligible to hold a valid Government of Canada Security Clearance.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team.
