Note:- We need 9+ years of profiles with Strong Banking domain with Cards and Payment exp.

Qualifications
Knowledge on Cards, Payments & Acquiring, Settlements
Experience and passion for user-centered design
Desirable experience with Agile framework
Demonstrated project management skills
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

A Person In This Role Should
Have experience documenting requirements for business and developer-focused products.
Experience in story mapping, design thinking and agile methodologies is desirable.
Have high attention to detail and ownership of deliveries.
Be skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Have 5+ years relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company.
