Utilizing world-class technology, TNG delivers solutions to the entire mortgage life cycle through its affiliated organizations.TNG benefits from a broad product suite, infrastructure, and industry expertise and has transformed the home purchase, sale, mortgage, and refinance process for consumers, lenders, realtors, and mortgage brokers.POSITION DETAILS:This Technical Business Analyst role will be reporting to the Manager of Product Development. This role will collaborate in implementing technology solutions for TNG systems, by gathering, testing and analyzing business requirements. The BA will manage multiple time sensitive enhancement projects and work with a variety of project stakeholders in a high volume, entrepreneurial environment. This role will be part of a AGILE product development team managing Sprint cycles; responsible for providing expertise with strategic business processes.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Implement strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements for TNG Domestic and International Web Portals with focus on enhancing TNG products and systems. Projects and business strategies will be reviewed and monitored by the Manager of Product Development.• Lead in the development of business requirement documents for IT enhancement tickets. Gather requirements by coordinating directly with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Development teams. Develop documents outlining current processes, limitations, issues, and changes required.• Responsible for prioritizing requirements, creating prototypes, mock-ups, and test cases for business requirement documents.• Provide product and system support as a subject matter expert and effectively communicate business development strategy to a wide variety of internal and external users. Required to remain agile while managing multiple time sensitive IT projects.• Conduct product and system demos to clients and internal users.• Managing sprint planning meetings, and assist with deploying enhancements for Domestic/International web portals and phone systems.• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including quality assurance, developers, and product managers to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of TNG systems.• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all organizational policies including but not limited to, data, security and health & safety polices.• Provide research and conduct cost/benefit analysis to enhance processes and solutions.• Process Flow Analysis.• Product Architecture and Design Best Practices.• Experience working with developers.• Experience with Cloud Solutions and/or RDBS.• Basic competence in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, C#, etc.)• Requirements Definition• Configuration Workbook• Data Models• Detailed Functional Design• Executive Summaries• Project Plans• Other duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
