This is a role which will support MULTIVAC’s sales and marketing efforts. Collaborating with internal and external colleagues and teams, this role will define the technical aspects of sales projects, proposals, and orders. This is not an entry-level position.Your Tasks (not an exhaustive list)Work with the sales team members to clarify customer requirements and document MULTIVAC’s best customer solution.Process assigned requests for quotation and determine best course of action to complete quickly and accurately.Consult with support resources, including Product Market Managers, Regional Technical Sales Advisors (TSAs), our supplying factories, the sales team, and engineering.Responsible for the technical efficacy of a sales project from quotation request to shipment. Document product offering, participate in order clarification with Sales Administration, and work with factories and/or engineering departments to address follow-up technical questions and concerns.Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues to identify technical features and capabilities relative to MULTIVAC products and services which will bring additional value to customers.Assume responsibility for the presentation, commercial accuracy (pricing, terms and conditions), and final technical review of customer proposals.Your ProfileCollege or university education with two or more years of industry-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference is two years technical experience in one or more of the following: capital equipment, packaging materials, or other associated areas.Current valid driver’s license and valid passport with the ability to travel domestically or internationally as required for position.Bilingual English/French is an asset.Your ConditionsThis position is office-based hybrid role, and travel would be required up to 15% of the time. The successful candidate must have a professional demeanour and approach, superior communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and speak competently with customers and colleagues.
