POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Personal Lines Technical Administrator at Waypoint, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and issuance of new business, endorsements, and renewal documents for our Personal Lines Program business. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the smooth operation of our technical administration processes. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a collaborative environment, have a knack for building and maintaining relationships, and possess strong communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:· Efficiently process Personal Lines documents in Epic, including declaration pages, policy wordings, extensions, and endorsements/warranties.· Generate and manage invoices for all policies accurately.· Serve as a backup for other Personal Lines Technical Administrators when needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.· Develop and maintain relationships with Personal Insurance specialists and Personal Lines Underwriters to facilitate seamless operations.· Consistently meet deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of documents and services to our clients.· Stay up-to-date with binding authorities, including rating processes, and apply this knowledge effectively.· Maintain, update, and organize correspondence in the EPIC system as necessary, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.· Work closely with the Personal Lines Operations team to test and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.REQUIREMENTS:· Working towards a BC Level 1 Insurance license.· Previous experience in personal lines insurance administration or a related field is preferred.· Proficiency in using industry-specific software such as Epic or similar systems.· Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.· Effective time management and multitasking abilities.· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.· Adherence to deadlines and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.· Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new challenges.Waypoint is actively committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
