Job Description

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales plans, track metrics, analyze performance, and report to management.
  • Manage and Grow Accounts: Build strong relationships, provide ongoing support, identify upsell opportunities, and manage D2C sales processes.
  • Technical Support: Understand customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with product & engineering teams.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with marketing on sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, participate in training, and enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Travel for work (approximately 25-30%) is required.
