Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Lead to join the engineering team at a boutique financial servicing firm.
This resource will be a disruptor, thought leader and interested in a role where you are focused on continuous improvement, solutioning and leading technical change.
You will work with the technical development teams as well as the business stakeholders to innovate the development environment in the bank. They will be responsible for driving technology and business discussions to define the objectives and road maps of the products. This person will be working cross functionally with Business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, Architects and the DevOps teams to defines standards used across teams and drive the vision of the product forward.
More specifically they will be leading the development team to design and code software, clarify user stories, design new components, troubleshoot issues and solve problems. The chosen candidate will have excellent leadership, communication and solutioning skills and be a great team player.

- 10+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of design and solutioning experience
- Experience with Rest APIs, Spring boot, Java, React, AWS, Postgres, kunernetes, CICD etc.
- A Disruptor - Experience and interest being in solution focused tech lead role where main focus is finding gaps and creating solutions
- Experience with technical and business steam communications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- React Experience
- Python
- Core banking experience
- Github for pipelines
