The Tech Asset Lifecycle Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology and cybersecurity risks across our bank's digital assets and IT infrastructure. You'll develop comprehensive risk management strategies, provide expert advice to senior management, and promote a culture of risk awareness and cybersecurity resilience.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the identification and assessment of technology and cybersecurity risks across the bank's digital assets, IT infrastructure, and operations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and cybersecurity teams to enhance the bank's cyber and technology risk posture.
  • Oversee and guide the risk assessment process for new and existing technologies, digital initiatives, and third-party service providers.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on technology and cyber risk trends and recommended risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate a culture of risk awareness and cybersecurity resilience across the organization.
  • Monitor developments in technology and cybersecurity threats, including regulatory changes, to refine risk management strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed risk reports and dashboards to senior management and relevant committees.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.


Skills:


  • Must have Asset Management, Lifecycle Management, and Data Reconciliation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
