Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for a Team Leader, HR Shared Services Support, to join our Payroll and Human Resources team in Brossard. This person must be dynamic, focused and have excellent customer service skills. We offer a flexible environment and opportunities for growth. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the first point of contact and support for businesses under management regarding matters related to payroll, benefits and the Employer D payroll processing system; Answer calls or voicemails from companies under management through the central HR shared services IVR toll-free number; Be a central point of contact and front-line support for businesses under management; Complete registrations and follow up on terminations of employment regarding social benefits; Ensure that the team has the tools and resources necessary to accomplish its tasks; Enter data into the benefit provider group database; Maintain employee information in the database and ensure it is up to date; Manage all files and calls to meet our customer service standards; Manage cases (tickets) via Zendesk; Other tasks will be entrusted to him. Process new hires, terminations and position changes in Employer D; The Team Lead is responsible for managing the performance of the HR Shared Services Support team; EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Professional or college diploma in accounting or human resources, any combination of studies and experience deemed relevant will be considered; Relevant experience related to the role; Bilingual French and English (speaking, reading, writing); Good knowledge of Ms Office, particularly Excel.
