As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic User Acquisition Lead to join our team and spearhead our performance marketing efforts. The User Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire players for our mobile games. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making. You will lead a talented team, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns to drive user growth and engagement. Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive growth for our mobile games. - Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and app stores. - Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Creative, to develop effective marketing materials and strategies. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing user acquisition team. - Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated spend. - Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign performance and user acquisition metrics. Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile games, with a strong track record of success. - Expertise in performance marketing, including familiarity with major advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent leadership and team-building skills. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Flexible remote work environment. - Join us at WildCard Games and lead our user acquisition efforts to new heights!
