Health Standards Organization (HSO) is searching for exceptional  Program Managers  who  share  our passion for achieving quality health services for all.   • Working in a fast-paced environment that requires agile, clear thinking for quick turnaround of accurate, high-quality deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication skills – your clients are both internal and external stake holders. You thrive in reaching new audiences and in helping your clients meet their business goals.
  • Critical examination of processes and technology and proposing innovative solution s  to create efficiencies.
  • Building authentic and enduring relationships with staff, leading practice owners and reviewers.
  • Collaborating for results;  You  won’t be in this alone. The HSO team is our – and your – greatest asset. Our team has rich talent and deep expertise in a variety of domains to strengthen you in your role.
  • Respond ing  to ad hoc requests, projects, and other activities as required  to support  the company.
  • Staying on top of emerging trends .

You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?

  • U niversity degree  in a specialized field .  ( such as Nursing, Health Education, Health Administration)
  • Three to  five  years of progressive and varied experience .
  • Demonstrated experience with delivering projects within budgets, scope and timelines .
  • Tried and tested assessment, analytical and critical-thinking skills.

You’ll stand out if you...

  • Are bilingual – to be able to communicate in English and French is a strong asset (or any other languages for that matter) .
  • Are familiar with  the healthcare industry.
  • Have experience working  in Program Management. 
  • Are PMP Certified.
