Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reports to: Vice President, Talent Acquisition
With the addition of new dealerships, the growth of the Sask Entertainment Group, and the opening of L’OCA, we are looking to add a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to the team!
Primary Responsibilities
You will be responsible for recruiting a variety of positions for our dealerships across Canada as well as our other businesses such as SEG and L’OCA. This position will require you to get creative while sourcing candidates via a variety of means. This will be a high-volume position with 20-30 monthly placements across over 60 locations.
Primary Duties
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of talent to ensure the dealerships staffing needs are met across all dealerships in Canada
- Finding candidates that have the potential to grow within Go Auto and our subsidiary companies. We have the best promote from within culture out there and we are looking for up and comers ready to develop
- Interviewing candidates in person and virtually
Requirements
- An outgoing personality that is motivated by meeting new people
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while being motivated to exceed deadlines
- Impeccable writingskills
- At least 6 months of previous recruitment experience is required
- Ability to work in Edmonton, AB
