Talent Acquisition Partner

One-Year Contract

Hybrid - Montréal, QC

Pay Range: $34 – 42 CAD

Must Haves :

Bilingual English/French **FLUENCY IN BOTH

Full-cycle recruiting, inhouse

Have experience working with comp team, HR and business partners, analysis of reqs, recruitment outreach

Preferred :

Bachelor’s Degree

Renewables/energy industry experience

Job Summary/Description:

Establish and foster a consultative relationship with hiring managers to recruit and hire the best possible candidates for all vacant positions. Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting activities, including, but not limited to, reviewing skill needs with hiring managers, advertising job vacancies, sourcing/selecting candidates, conducting phone screenings, interviewing candidates, obtaining approvals, negotiating job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.

  • Work directly with the recruitment manager and HR business partners/HR generalists to determine recruitment needs, including job scope and requirements for vacancies in Canada and the United States.
  • Execute core recruitment processes, including process management, development of recruitment timelines, candidate pre-screening, offer, negotiation, closure, and all administrative components.
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions with hiring managers to better understand job requirements, departmental goals, and the organization’s business plan.
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closure, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Provide high-level candidate care, including arranging and engaging with candidates as needed in a manner that promotes transparency, simplicity, and respect.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with company leaders, suppliers, community organizations, colleges, and various professional organizations to create successful, predictable, and credible partnerships.
  • Use a variety of resources to find candidates: job sites, cold calling, creative online searches, social media, internal job posting site, and employee referral program.
  • Compile reports and make recommendations for continuous improvement efforts and track effectiveness.
  • Translate documents, including reference materials and process flows from English to French as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
