Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing, and presenting offers.Sourcing both active and passive Engineering and IT candidates across Canada, the US, and the UK.Leveraging various channels such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internet research, and strategic networking to identify top talent.Regularly meeting with teams and hiring managers to understand priority roles, required skills, company culture, position profiles, and other key success factors.Collaborating with teams to develop innovative and effective strategies for building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to resume reviews to virtual and on-site interviews.Enhancing HR marketing strategies to attract top talent.Overseeing the internship program and maintaining relationships with university campuses and schools.Leading the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive transition into their roles and the company.Qualifications:Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting.Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.A commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.Ability to handle high-volume communication efficiently and maintain confidentiality.Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
