The associate is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Identify staffing needs based on approved recruitment plan. Attract suitable candidates through internal database, online employment forums and social media, etc. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System and other screening techniques. Attend job fairs and recruitment events. Ensure the full-cycle recruitment is managed in line with existing procedures. Must follow G ood M anufacturing P ractices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines. Comply with all Company policies and procedures. Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field. Typing involved.
