CROSSMARK is a leading sales and marketing services company and iscurrently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in recruiting exceptional team members for our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for all steps associated with the identification and placement of full-time and part-time team members. This hybrid role includes an in-office work environment as well as the ability to work-from-home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruitment process, including conducting resume screening, recruiter interviews, scheduling hiring manager interviews, completing reference checks, offer and onboarding process.
  • Identify and develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates, including attending (virtual) career fairs, professional association meetings, developing relationships with universities and employment services.
  • Manage social media job posts and sponsored ads on online job boards.
  • Promote the CROSSMARK brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals collaboratively and effectively.
  • Other job-related functions as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 1-2 years’ recruiting experience, within a high-volume agency or retail setting.
  • Experience with a broad range of recruitment tools including web-based, candidate search databases, and social media. Knowledge of iCIMS would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Possess drive, passion, and the ability to be self-motivated to deliver results.
  • High collaboration, engagement, and customer service focus
  • Sound knowledge of applicable Canadian legislation
