**This position is a hybrid role based out of our Vancouver, BC office.**

About you

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) professional that is looking to bring your passion for research, projects and process improvement to Colliers? Refining and improving processes to ensure a seamless experience for hiring managers, candidates and a TA team excites you. Lastly, you enjoy driving technical adoption within TA and using data to influence decisions.

In this role, you will… 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across Talent Acquisition for both professional and Early Career hiring.

  • Utilize expertise in Workday, Beamery or other similar recruitment technologies to optimize capabilities and enhance user experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership and People Systems and Analytics, to ensure successful implementation, management, and usage of Application Tracking System and Talent Intelligence products.

  • Assist in the analysis of recruitment data to identify trends and provide insights to stakeholders. Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Liaise with external recruitment vendors (such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Agencies), ensuring effective partnership and service delivery, while managing existing vendor contracts and relationships and renegotiating terms as necessary.

What you’ll bring

  • 5 plus years of talent acquisition operational experience, preferably in a multi-national or global organization. Including, reporting and managing capability metrics that support key business decisions and pivots.

  • Knowledge of HR Related systems such as ATS platforms, CRM systems and other TA focused technologies . Understanding of data flows across key applications and able to serve as a conduit between Talent Acquisition, Finance, Technology, and HR Business Partners.

  • Excellent project management/delivery skills gained through leading TA projects or system implementations in a previous role.

  • High level of initiative and e xcellent communications skills, both oral and written

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings in British Columbia, Colliers is disclosing the following information: 

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $ 65,000 - $ 105,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
