About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director HR Business Partner, the Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key cross-functional role within our HR team across all departments including commercial, marketing, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This position manages the entire recruiting process, from initial need-to-hire through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. This position serves as a strategic partner to HR and hiring managers, providing relevant tools and insight on team-specific hiring strategies.

The Talent Acquisition Manager works within the HR department both at the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at the East Windsor, NJ location and corporate headquarters in Princeton Junction, NJ. This position works onsite four days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Strategy:
  • Ensure the recruiting process is set up to attract and hire top talent in all functions; evolve the process as needed to support ANI’s growth.
  • Serve as a thought partner and educator to HR and hiring managers around team-specific hiring strategies; proactively share best recruiting practices with teams.
  • Assist hiring managers on both short and long-term resource planning.
  • Utilize strategic and effective sourcing strategies and tools to engage and source qualified candidates and create a strong talent pool and pipeline, especially for hard-to-fill and high impact roles.
  • Collect regular feedback from hiring managers, HR, new hires, and candidates to optimize the hiring process and outcomes.
Recruiting Process:
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for all open roles, from need-to-hire to onboarding, with a focus on the candidate experience.
  • Work with HR to finalize details of open roles including compensation.
  • Post open roles, source, and screen candidates; schedule interviews as needed.
  • Deliver weekly updates to hiring managers and HR on the status of all candidates in the interview process for open roles.
  • Proactively facilitate and coordinate all necessary steps until positions are successfully filled.
  • Deliver offers and partner with HR on background check and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure efficiency, consistency, legal compliance, and cost effectiveness in hiring process and decisions, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Tools and Analytics:
  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to measure the effectiveness of various sourcing channels.
  • Use all available tools and channels to maximize outreach for posted positions.
  • Proactively use tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to engage potential candidates and to source and pipeline talent.
  • Create and maintain various reports, as needed, including weekly recruiting updates, time-to-fill, etc.
  • Provide hiring leaders with tools and templates to support hiring (e.g., differentiated interview guides).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, with at least 7 years’ recruiting experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or consumer products manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing positions.
  • HR systems knowledge and experience, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Oracle HCM experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well with employees across the organization – from entry level to the C-suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, judgement, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong process skills, with a drive for outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a high performing HR team
