- Provide technical support for hardware and software problems encountered by our users;
- Manage the configuration and operation of client computer operating systems;
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to safety or usage concerns;
- Create and check data backups;
- Respond to and resolve requests from the Operations Team department;
- Upgrade systems and processes as needed to improve functionality and resolution of safety issues;
- Administer infrastructure including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes;
- Install and test computer equipment as required;
