About This Role
The System and Process Analyst (SPA ) will work closely with various departments to obtain an understanding of their respective requirements and processes. The SPA will improve business efficiency and productivity. He will revise and enhance processes through data analysis, research, and studies. He will act as an important source of information related to the ERP system. The SPA knows about the general business processes. He will run daily sanity checks to ensure that all the transactions are correct and will address them accordingly. SPA interprets results and suggests ways to change processes, tools or parts to improve efficiency, quality, and services levels.Requirements:
