SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORAversan Inc. (www.aversan.com) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified System Administrator to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.Location: Kanata, ON (Fully on-site) RESPONSIBILITIESProvide support to ensure stable, reliable desktop and IT infrastructure systems.System administration and support of communications room technology, IT infrastructure, and project technology including:Linux and Windows serversEMC VNX/Unity and CommVault storage arraysLAN, MPLS network and network devicesTelephone systems (PBX and VoIP)Data backup/archiving solutionsSoftware & Application supportSystem administration and support of end user technology including:Windows laptops/ desktops & PrintersMicrosoft M365 applicationsMobile devices with corporate end-point securityPerform Asset and License Management.Support employee on-boarding by imaging laptops and desktop and provisioning applications and systems access.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSTechnology Degree and 3+ years of related support experience in a multi-platform, multi-vendor environment.Thorough knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and LAN administration.
