Sushi California is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.62~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:

1. Hire, train and manage staff
2. Implement customer service strategy and marketing plans
3. Estimate, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
4. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
5. Develop, implement, and analyze budgets
6. Monitor revenues and adapt procedures and prices
7. Oversee and conduct staff performance

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
