Project Manager in
Whistler

ffice
. The role is
to
manage
a wide range of survey projects
throughout the Sea-to-Sky
corridor
.
The
projects
will
primarily
be
locally
based and cover
a
full spectrum
of survey services
with
no day
being
the same
. They
t
ypically include
survey
s
for
municipal
projects and
infrastructure
,
engineering
surveys for design,
construction
layout for local development, ropeway (ski lift) design and construction
support
,
legal surveys
for
land
development,
utilit
y
or
access
right of way
and easements
,
over both
P
rovincial and First Nations lands
.

What You'll Be Doing:
Experience
, 5+years,
completing
various survey project types including legal, land development
,
infrastructure, topographic, engineering and construction layout
Work with a wide variety of clients to
establish
relationships
,
understand survey needs
and deliver projects
Determine
project scope,
budget,
and schedule
Execute projects
through
communicat
ing
scope
,
budget,
and scheduling information to
client
while
directing
technical
staff
and
m
anag
ing
project
and/
or client expectations
accordingly
Prepar
e
accurate
,
timely
and quality survey
s
from field
through
final deliverables
.
Ensure quality assurance procedures are carried out for proposals, field returns, drawings, plans,
proposals,
and other deliverables.
Provid
e
mentorship, guidance, and training to
assist
with
co-worker
development
and training
Become engrained and active within the community
through your
professional
role
Pay Range :
$78 ,000- 107,000 per annum.McElhanney offers fair compensation that is
commensurate
with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. Valid driver’s license
and ability to live and work in British Columbia.
