Description

Support Services Administrator (Temporary, Full-time)

Location: Peterborough, ON

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: Based on Experience

Duration: Approximately three (3) months

As a Support Services Administrator, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to all branches and departments at Kawartha Credit Union
  • Scan, and edit as required incoming and outgoing clearing items and various other documents
  • Assist with the record retention process
  • Act as a messenger/courier, prepare courier bags and process outgoing mail

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Prior administration experience would be an asset
  • Possess knowledge with windows, excel, general office equipment and electronic mail
  • The successful candidate will be a team player who is patient and has an attention to detail
