We’re looking for an experienced, self-driven, and versatile Supply Chain Senior Analyst who is hungry to do this and more.General Duties:· Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day distribution and franchisees business related matters.· Facilitate forms and proper documentation to distributors and related business partners.· Validate accuracy of distributor’s information and track their inventory levels and lead-time.· Consolidate order guide information from each distributor to validate item/price accuracy.· Responsible for ensuring consistent communications and information updates to both internal and external business partners.· Compile, review, and analyze distributor’s sales data to improve order fulfillment for franchisee stores. Utilize this data, combine with internal data, for further analysis.· Utilize software systems, data, and analytics to optimize operations, track productivity, and anticipate and resolve problems.· Track and review supplier bill-backs for accurate payouts in a timely manner.· Maintain inventories at third-party storage facilities and distributors to ensure uninterrupted supply while mitigating obsolescence risks and product shelf-life.· Oversee and ensure orders are processed accurately by Supply Chain Specialist.· Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:· 5+ years experience as supply chain analyst and/or completion of Post Secondary Education in a related discipline.· Highly proficient in MS Excel (i.e., Pivot Tables and V-Lookup), Quickbooks experience a plus.· Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of functions and tasks.· Analytical mindset with a strong ability to use data to create recommendations.· Organized with high attention to detail and ability to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.· Professional approach and attitude.· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer service focus.· Preferred sales operations knowledge and experience in food service industryYogen Früz is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
