The role of the Process Improvement Manager will support Indigo’s Supply Chain, leading continuous Improvements among Retail and Ecom distribution centers and developing frameworks, processes and structures that best support the Supply Chain's short and long-term goals and objectives. Your role as a Manager is one of collaboration, innovation, inspiration, support, and coaching, and in doing so, you help to create and sustain a high-performing culture. KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS Completion of all project deliverables on scope and on time Lead the effort to leverage best practices and standardize processes and procedures across the DC Network to support customer expectations and business objectives. Driving consistency in both our Online and Retail facilities (Process, Goals, SOPs, and Results) Supporting and influencing by overseeing adherence to Health & Safety policies & procedures Knowledge and experience with root cause analysis methods and principles and implementing appropriate solutions. Understand the impact of changing external environmental factors (competitive, regulatory, technical, etc.) Stay current on industry innovation and best practices within Supply Chain Establish strong partnerships with business units to foster successful continuous improvement initiatives. Build trust with colleagues and business partners by demonstrating consistent communications and actions. Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions quickly and easily Share technical knowledge with others and actively seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself Help others see the impacts of their efforts and proactively engage other functions to get input Communicate to all levels of the organization, including executive level Encourage others to freely share their point of view and be open to feedback Assist in coaching & mentoring associates in their Lean Thinking journey and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
