Key responsibilities

Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Set the vision and strategy for a successful supply chain management in the site.
  • Manage business rules to ensure optimal supply to markets and customers.
  • Key role in coordinating and influencing the S&OP activities.
  • Ensure that operations are scheduled on time to meet customer’s requirements, keep a close communication with the business as often as needed, together with the supply chain implications of the plan.  
  • Talent Management & Development of team
  • Manage supply chain metrics such as cost, inventory turns, otif, etc, root cause non compliance and ensure target customer service levels are attained, maintained as defined by the needs of the business and continually improved to raise levels of service.

Qualifications and skills

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree and supply chain qualification or working towards qualification.  
  • Good experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access and ERP systems  
  • SAP experience is essential .
  • 5+ years people leadership experience  
  • Evidence of:  
  • Supply chain management
  • Establishing/demonstrating/reviewing KPI’s to meet operational needs through effective collection, analysis,interpretation, and dissemination of information.  
  • Experience working with TPM (Third Party Manufacturing)
