Job Description

Demand Planning Manager Demand Planning The Demand Planner will lead the development of the sales estimates through accurate SKUL level forecasts by channel in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. The Demand Planner will also assist the Demand Planning Manager develop, maintain, and present the company’s S&OP process, inventory projects, and other projects. He/she has strong business knowledge, systems acumen (JD Edwards, E1 & Gains) and capable to influence various teams to drive the total Supply Chain. Maintain forecast accuracy through analysis on historical data and cleanse from events impact. Manipulate the system to plan for demand changes outside of regular replenishment. Analyze customer provided forecasts and POS data to calculate an accurate forecast. Generate reports to review fill rates, inventory position, and sales for analysis and management review. Manage projects (i.e. promos, new roll outs, buybacks, etc) through collaborating with internal business units (e.g. Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, etc). Bachelor’s degree required; 3-5 years’ working experience in supply chain and retail supply chain ~3-5 years’ experience working in project management. ~ Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple business units and levels. ~ Strong working knowledge of MS Office Excel and Word. ~ Experience in project management. ~ Power BI experience preferred
