Début de l’affichage: Numéro de poste 64743 Heures de travail: ((hoursOfWork)) Code d'emploi: 1591 Établissement: 565 - Montréal Hub Syndiqué: Non Supérieur (nom et titre): Chef Maintenance Est du Canada Description The Supervisor, Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) Maintenance manages MHE assets located at multiple PCL facilities (Depots A, B, C, and subs) within a defined geographical region (i.e., Province of Quebec and the Atlantic region), PCL employees, and contractors through defined processes and systems. Responsibilities Ensure maintenance programs and support services and that the Regional Hubs operate with 99.95% uptime and availability, reliability and consistency across the Purolator network Develop, manage, inspect and oversee Material Handling Equipment / Conveyor maintenance programs to ensure availability and reliability, work order completion and performance Coordinate/plan schedules for outside contractor repairs Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment Monitor repairs completed by employees for quality standards and productivity requirements Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect operations Ensure Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS) standardization, formatting & content development Additional Responsibilities Experience 5 years experience in a supervisory role, supervising and managing skilled trades (i.e., welders, millwrights, electricians, mechanics). 5 years experience working with Conveyor systesm in a high-volume, 24x7, high-speed package sortation environment; 5 years experience as a lead-hand or supervisor Education Diploma or other equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or equivalent) Purolator est un employeur souscrivant au principe de l’égalité d’accès à l’emploi favorisant la diversité et l’inclusion.
