Key Responsibilities:
- Apartment Viewings and Tenant Coordination:
- You’ll be the friendly face welcoming prospective tenants. Coordinate appointments for apartment viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for those exploring their future homes.
- Showcase our properties with pride, highlighting their unique features and amenities.
- Tenant Relations and Leasing:
- Renting an apartment is more than paperwork; it’s about building relationships. You’ll assist prospective tenants, collect application documents, and guide them through the leasing process.
- Product Knowledge Mastery:
- Become an expert! Know our properties inside out – from floor plans to community amenities.
- Stay informed about major competitors’ offerings.

Additional Requirement:
- Access to a Car:Given the nature of the role, having access to a car is essential. You’ll need to travel between properties and assist with various tasks.
