Responsibilities: Client Experience: Create a concierge-like studio experience with exceptional customer service, assisting clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly. Collaborate with instructors to guide new clients through their first Resistance experience, including studio tours, machine demos, and new client offers. Foster relationships to deepen community bonds across clients, staff, and instructors. Assist with Privates and Events happening in the Studios. Staff Management: Lead, inspire, and drive a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to Resistance's values and excellence. Hire new instructors Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements. Oversee scheduling of Resistance instructors and training of new team members. Operations: Oversee day-to-day studio operations, managing vendor relationships, studio appearance, cleanliness, and retail merchandise. Manage inventory of studio supplies and perform machine maintenance as needed. Handle studio communications, including email, phone calls, and calendar planning. Invest in achieving studio revenue, occupancy, new client, and retail goals with potential for performance bonuses. Marketing: Drive client acquisition and retention for the studio in collaboration with the Marketing department, executing growth strategies. Ensure consistent and welcoming new client experiences and execute in-studio marketing initiatives and promotions. Maintain updated in-studio messaging and lead studio-level marketing efforts. Qualifications: Management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail. Experience with at least two of: marketing, sales, and social media. Experience instructing group fitness classes is a strong plus. Self-starter with strong managerial and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and think quickly. Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about health and fitness. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be fluent in French and English (written and spoken) Work Requirements: Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
