OUR DEDICATION TO THE QUALITY OF OUR ENGINEERING AND WORKMANSHIP MAKES OUR AIRCRAFT THE SAFEST IN THEIR CLASS.ResponsibilitiesSupport the senior structures engineers & specialists in all matters.Perform ongoing production support through the assessment of production difficulties including investigation and disposition of non-conformancesProvide ongoing technical support for sales and after-Sales departmentsSupport Continuing Airworthiness activities including service bulletins and service difficulty investigationsAct as an engineering liaison to support other engineering groups and departmentsParticipate in activities related to changes to the aircraft design and/or manufacturing processes and make recommendations to improve structural design quality, safety, performance, and the overall customer experienceSubmit and/or review engineering change requests and perform minor type design changes as requiredAssist with the development of certification plans for Major type design changesGenerate test plans and other substantiating documents as necessaryDesign and prepare flight test change orders and support installation of test equipmentCoordinate and perform testing (ground and flight), analysis, and/or generate design reviews to substantiate compliance to regulationsGenerate compliance reports to demonstrate compliance to the regulationsSupport the certification process for type design changes as requiredParticipate in research and development activities as necessarySkills5 years Engineering experience (3 years relevant Aerospace Engineering)Experience with composite materials and manufacturing processesExperience in the material qualification testing is considered an assetProficiency in MS Office products and collaboration toolsExperience writing technical reportsExperience with CAD tools, CATIA preferredFamiliar with Part 23 certification regulationsCapable of independent decision makingWorks well within a team environmentAble to prioritize tasks based on company needsEducational or Academic Requirements:If you are interested in this challenging position, we are looking forward receiving your application!
