Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI software experience designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the user experience for our AI software and digital employee system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with a focus on AI systems. As an AI software experience designer, you will work closely with our development team to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging interfaces. If you have experience in designing AI systems and a passion for creating user-centered designs, we would love to hear from you.
If a candidate has worked in the HR field, headhunting field, or talent consulting field and is familiar with recruitment processes and common AI software, recruitment software such as ChatGPT, HRIS, Workable, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., it will be very helpful in completing the job. We hope the candidate is familiar with AI knowledge and algorithms related to the StrategyBrain field and can have their own thoughts around digital humans.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing the user experience for our AI software and digital employee system
- Collaborating with the development team to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging interfaces
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in user experience design
- Strong understanding of AI systems
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, or Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs
