The incumbent of this position will contribute to the development and control of procurement within maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procurement, used in the various AIM operations. Reporting directly to the Strategic Sourcing Managers, the incumbent is responsible for the strategic sourcing of the assigned spend category, while ensuring the best overall added value for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for needs analysis, sourcing plan development, market approach, contract negotiations and the development and the maintenance of strong supplier relationships. Analyze needs Analyze spend by category Work closely with internal customers Consolidate spend Obtain optimal pricing, in terms of value for money Analyze the market, identify and develop relationships with new suppliers Manage the bid selection criteria matrix Cover full transactionalcycle, from the request definition to contract management Monitor the shipment and delivery of goods and services 2+ years procurementexperience withinMRO or other spend categories Education in business, finance or engineering Strong technical understanding and ability in the category Innovative approach and ability to take responsibility Communicate clearly and effectively Strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with other internal and external stakeholders Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken What we offer!
