Overview

Strategic Accounts - Partnerships Director at Deliverect. The Strategic Accounts team drives growth with our largest enterprise customers by building consultative partnerships that simplify digital order management at scale and enable operational excellence. This role focuses on expanding Deliverect’s US presence with major partners and positioning the company as a trusted partner in the QSR segment.

Your Impact

You will drive Deliverect’s expansion in the US within the Strategic Accounts team. You will build and manage relationships with large US-headquartered partners with a global presence (e.g., NCR, Oracle, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub). Your success will be measured by new commercial opportunities and your ability to gain trust and influence a product agenda.

What you will do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive partnership and engagement strategy with our largest US-based partners (NCR, Oracle, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub).
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify, qualify, and source large commercial opportunities (>500 locations) within strategic partner networks to generate new leads for the sales team.
  • Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives with partners and organize event participation at industry conferences to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and manage sales forecasting and reporting for partnership activities to ensure mutual accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including sales and product, to align strategies, leverage global initiatives, and define a product agenda for the US market.
  • Analyze partnership performance data to identify product trends and opportunities, and refine processes to improve partner and customer experiences.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time to attend key events and QBRs, engaging with stakeholders and building credibility as a strategic leader.

What you will Bring

  • 8+ years of proven commercial partnership experience with a track record of working with large QSR partners in the US.
  • In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS partnership landscape, including channel marketing, partner ecosystems, and relationship management.
  • A diplomatic, commercially pragmatic, and data-driven approach with strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to navigate ambiguity and build effective strategies from the ground up.
  • A solid understanding of SaaS business models, sales strategies, and customer acquisition techniques.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams toward a project goal and share information openly to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
