What you need to beasuccessfulStore ManagerwithThriftys:
- 2-3 years in a senior leadership role. You have experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores, including effective control of payroll wage cost, loss prevention and inventory management.
- Possess anentrepreneurial spirit. You continuouslyfindinnovative solutionsto overcome obstacles andexceedsalesand operational goals.
- Definitiveleadership skills. You have the ability togrow anddevelop future leaders, holding theteamaccountable to theirmaximum potential.
- Demonstrate strongsales floorcoaching,with a focusonperformance. You build confidence in our team members to provide the bestcustomer experiencepossible.
- Have an eyefordetail invisualmerchandisingandstock management, including planning and executingvisualupdates,productplacementandreplenishment.
- Consistently execute responsibilities to meet expectations. You exhibit strength in accuracy, urgency, multi -tasking and time management.
- Ability tobuild a team of brand ambassadors, who are not afraid to showcase theirindividuality. You celebrate and livethe Thriftys brand lifestyle.
