Responsible for the entire customer experience throughout the store;

Share excellent product knowledge to customers and team;
Establish and exceed sales goals;
Merchandise and present products in an appealing manner to promote sales;
Support recruitment for all in store positions.

Requirements
5 years experience in a similar role;
Passion for sales and customer service;
Ability to work nights and weekends;
Rigorous, resourceful, results-oriented;
Ability to multi task;
Excellent communication and strong leaderships skills.
