Must have skills:


• ITSM ServiceNow knowledge is must.

• Excellent communication skills and customer handling etiquette.

• Previous Desktop, Mobility Support and inventory management experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of Industry leading Inventory management tools.

• MCP (Operating System) certification will be desirable.

• An ITIL V3 Foundation qualification is preferable.


Roles and responsibilities:


• Managing stock levels, receiving stock, adding to, and updating HAM as needed, following Stockroom/Workroom Global guidelines, collecting assets, sanitation of returned assets, recertification of excess assets, and the disposition of end-of-life assets. Perform auditing of stockrooms and asset investigation as required.

• Utilizing the ticketing systems SNOW in an efficient and productive manner. Monitoring, assigning, noting, and resolving tickets within SLA. Perform all administrative duties as required.

• Performing physical inventory counts periodically to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels.

• Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products

• Determining the safety stock levels to reduce the risk of stock outs during unusual periods of supply and demand.

• Publishing support documentation to assist staff with requests for information & provide staff training if required.

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Enterprise Software’s and Networking.

• Effective queue and ticket management in Service Now

• Knowledge of industry leading inventory tools
