You'll be joining an experienced team of engineers with direct experience building and scaling teams through massive growth at companies like Slack, Meta, and Samsara. On the back of this experience and our success to date, we’ve raised over $32M from leading investors including Greylock and Battery Ventures. Your responsibilities
Work closely with leadership, product, and engineering to drive the technical vision and architecture for key features as well as the overall platform
Help develop and improve engineering best practices and processes
Develop and ship features with our tech stack: Kubernetes, Golang, Postgres, Redis, GraphQL, TypeScript, and React
Help drive prioritization and scoping of our technical roadmap
Mentor and coach other engineers
Interact directly with customers on product feedback and issues

Our ideal candidate
7+ years of experience (including 2+ years as a Staff+ engineer)
Experience building 0-1 in early stage startups
Track record of leading complex technical initiatives to completion (6+ month project time frame, involving multiple engineers and stakeholders)
Excited about talking to our users and incorporating their feedback into your work
Experience building developer tooling and infrastructure at scale
