Job Description
On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with experience implementing large transformational organizational redesign programs within HR. Our client is establishing a Health Care Retention and Recruitment Office (HCRRO) that will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of health care employees including physicians, nurses, paramedics, healthcare aides and allied health professionals on a provincial scale. The HCRRO will increase health system resources by addressing barriers to recruitment, simplifying processes, and implementing modern recruitment and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management.
- Certification in Change Management.
- 10 years experience as a Program Manager/Lead PM managing complex projects from initiation through closure. Experience should include working in government, healthcare, or other public sectors to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams, oversee team leaders, and manage organizational change.
- 5 years experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare environment. Healthcare is defined as Acute Care, Primary Care, or Long Term Care.
- 5 years experience in human resource management developing recruitment and retention plans and strategies.
- 5 years experience as a Project Manager implementing large transformational organizational redesign projects.
- 3 years experience analyzing data, and developing data models and reports to synthesize findings into data-driven planning.
- 1 year of experience as a Project Manager working on projects where labour unions were key stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience collaborating with educational institutions to develop recruitment and retention strategies for organizations seeking to hire recently graduated students.
