Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to help the client reach Wealth strategic goals by collaborating with stakeholders and leading an RFP process for a desired solution.Overview:
Work on the Project team to help ultimately select a comprehensive tech solution to enable the client to build a solid foundation with scalable technology. This will include supporting the client through the RFP process.
Must Haves:10+ years of experience in IT project and program managementProject Delivery experience in Wealth / Asset ManagementLead Request for Proposal process and vendor evaluationExperience implementing investment management platforms and/or portfolio management systems is considered a differentiatorProven leadership experience across multiple teamsDeep understanding of (PIM) Private Investment Management, Dealer, Asset Management, Order Management is highly sought afterResponsibilities:Collaborate with Technology, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm the problems to be solved, expected outcomes and project deliverablesLead Request for Proposal process and vendor evaluationIdentify and confirm project approach and engage appropriate stakeholders to develop detailed resource estimates and effective plans to manage the initiativeAssign deliverables, tasks and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources, schedules and plansReport on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as requiredAnticipate and effectively manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the initiativeEnsure optimal communications within and across teams and with all project stakeholdersLiaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure a strong and positive stakeholder relationshipReports key metrics to senior stakeholders
