You will join Moderna's Supply Chain team in Canada as a Senior Manager, providing critical management of supply chain operations across the country. In this pivotal role, you will act as a Tactical Business Partner, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective demand and supply plans for both in-market and new product introductions. Your expertise will support commercial planning, finance, and more, contributing directly to Moderna's success in the Canadian market.

Here's What You’ll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders to align on objectives and results.

  • Leading the strategic resolution of demand/supply issues with commercial business leaders through in-depth analysis and marketplace assessments.

  • Accountably leading Product Launches in impacted medium and small markets.

  • Driving the Country S&OP process and ensuring high customer service levels through effective relationship management with logistics service providers.

  • Managing order fulfillment and maintaining effective management of the customer interface from a supply chain perspective.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Implementing and ensuring compliance with third-party agreements.

  • Executing operational plans for replenishment to market and key customers.

  • Fostering continuous improvement across S&OP processes and activities.

  • Driving CMC Management Reporting and supporting decision-making processes.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • Education: University degree in technology, engineering, or management/business administration

  • 3-8 years in various Supply Chain functions or roles of similar complexity

  • This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Excellence in project management, PMP certification a plus and/or black belt certification

  • Exceptional understanding of the Pharma industry & supply chain needs strongly preferred (Bio-tech experience a plus)

  • Advanced understanding of the cGxP’s

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with senior CMC Management in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment – you are outgoing, communicative, and seek to build relationships on a daily basis

  • Well organized – a natural ability to be organized in how you think, communicate and conduct your work

  • You drive for results – you set a high bar for yourself and others. You love what you do, and it shows

  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • A curious mindset that allows you to constantly learn and challenge the status quo
