Currently we have an immediate opportunity for an HR Business Partner based out of Brampton, Ontario. Senior HR Business Partner ABOUT THE JOB Reporting to the HR Director, you will take a lead role in implementing a People Strategy that will propel our talent, our business, and our function. We are undertaking a substantial business transformation, and this role comes with tremendous opportunity for impact on both the business and HR function. IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO: Visibly transform the employee experience through initiatives that will enhance our workplace culture, employee experience, and business performance Partner with the business to identify opportunities to optimize effectiveness and efficiency in areas such as organizational design and workforce planning Advise and support leaders in driving high performance with their teams, including performance reviews, feedback and coaching, promotions, and career development Build capability in our leaders, helping them develop and flex their coaching and leadership skills Guide HR team members in Canada and the US on plans to transform our function, build capability in strategic business partnering, and enhance our service delivery Partner with talent acquisition resources to support strategic hiring needs and plan Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive impactful change WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: Passionate about partnering with leaders, people managers, and supervisors to drive an engaging, high-performance culture Hungry, humble, and smart and all about working with the team as a great team player Career ambitious, and eager to learn, grow, and develop in order to meet expanded HR leadership opportunities Not scared of the mess, and will dig in to drive change quickly Has learning agility and likes to figure out what to do when you don’t know what to do, in collaboration with teammates Strategic and also willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done Guided by values that align with ours: We care. Experienced in progressive HR business partnering roles, ideally with some exposure to the manufacturing industry and/or working with both hourly and salaried employees Excited about working in a culturally diverse environment and fostering positive relationships with leaders and people, both in the office and on the production floor Deeply knowledgeable of Ontario employment law. US employment knowledge is an asset Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, business, or related field.
