Sr. Group Benefits Service LeadThis role requires you to implement new Group Benefits/Retirement Programs for current and new to Bloom clients. This includes but is not limited to ensuring enrollment process is completed on time and correctly, administrator training, employee presentations and management of the insurer client relationship.The role also requires day to day client interaction for service calls, elevated issues and maintaining happy, healthy client relationships.The role is a full time salaried position which included benefits, flextime and annual bonus opportunity. You must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role with an insurer or advisor firm. Ideal candidate will be self driven, motivated, detail oriented and experience working with mid-size to large companies.Bloom Benefits GroupOur company is a fast growing benefits brokerage in Calgary, AB.
