Proven track record of managing and scaling development platforms in a complex, fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Nice-to-have: Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation. Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers. Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.
