Job Description

  • Provide technical expertise in projects and initiatives from a networking perspective.
  • Collaborate with our 3rd party network and telecommunication partner on projects , initiatives, Change Requests, DR tests, UAT testing.
  • Provide L3 support on all networking-related incidents .
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum masters, Architecture and Security teams.
  • Ensure Cybersecurity standards are applied to your practice.
  • Ensure cloud networking complies with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Monitoring capacity and performance to optimize the service provided .
  • Lead troubleshooting sessions with experts.

Requirements

  • College diploma in computer science, computer networking or related field, combined with at least 4 years relevant technical experience .
  • Great knowledge of Cloud networking in AWS and/or Azure .
  • Experience in managing complex networks involving security, scale, performance, and availability/reliability.
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, SSH, HTTP/S, WIFI, MPLS, NAT.
  • Good knowledge of firewall concepts, rules, and operations.
  • Great oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and self-organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Assets

  • Intermediate skills on Linux Shell and/or Powershell scripting .
  • Experienced with Office 365 Management, Intune and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Prisma.
  • Previous work experience in a Financial institution.
