Job Description
- Provide technical expertise in projects and initiatives from a networking perspective.
- Collaborate with our 3rd party network and telecommunication partner on projects , initiatives, Change Requests, DR tests, UAT testing.
- Provide L3 support on all networking-related incidents .
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum masters, Architecture and Security teams.
- Ensure Cybersecurity standards are applied to your practice.
- Ensure cloud networking complies with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Monitoring capacity and performance to optimize the service provided .
- Lead troubleshooting sessions with experts.
Requirements
- College diploma in computer science, computer networking or related field, combined with at least 4 years relevant technical experience .
- Great knowledge of Cloud networking in AWS and/or Azure .
- Experience in managing complex networks involving security, scale, performance, and availability/reliability.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, SSH, HTTP/S, WIFI, MPLS, NAT.
- Good knowledge of firewall concepts, rules, and operations.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and self-organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assets
- Intermediate skills on Linux Shell and/or Powershell scripting .
- Experienced with Office 365 Management, Intune and Active Directory.
- Experience with Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Prisma.
- Previous work experience in a Financial institution.
