Position Overview
As a Senior Account Manager (Home Services), you will be a pivotal asset to our team, providing essential support to our Home Services Property (HomeIQ.io) in fostering and nurturing client relationships. Your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities, from troubleshooting and analyzing marketing data for campaign optimization to delivering daily performance reports. Leveraging your expertise and data-driven insights, you will optimize campaigns, suggest revenue-boosting changes, and build strong client partnerships to drive growth and overall success in our Home Services Property

Essential Skills & Abilities
Communication Skills: You have the ability to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and set expectations. The ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients is essential.
Technology: You are comfortable using SaaS tools (e.g., CRM, Google Docs, Asana, etc.) to manage client accounts and access data and reporting.
Time Management: You will manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, so effective time management skills, such as prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and balancing competing demands, are essential for success.
Product Knowledge: You need to develop a thorough understanding of our Home Services product offerings.
Analytical Skills: You are comfortable using spreadsheets such as Excel and Google Sheets for ad hoc analysis and periodic reporting.
Client Focus: Your primary objective is client satisfaction.
You will work with leading performance marketing industry experts and have to ability to develop valuable skills and grow your career in the digital marketing space.
