In this role at Enbridge, we are seeking a committed RNG Specialist role who offers customers/clients education, guidance and business solutions required to convert bio-gas feedstock to RNG and inject it into the natural gas distribution system. Youll be accountable for prospecting and closing RNG projects, promoting RNG Injection into the distribution grid and selling biogas upgrading services. If this sounds exciting, wed love to hear from you!What You Will Do: Identify, plan and execute on RNG projects and opportunities within public and private sectors through prospecting, customer engagement, customer relationship management, preparation of techno-economic business cases, and leading contract and project execution. Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; completing due diligence; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. Develop, maintain and foster relationships with diverse counterparties and customers through the development, execution and operational phases of a program. Work with investment review, finance and treasury to determine project financial viability, plan and deployment of the appropriate metrics (Regulatory, Rates, financial structuring etc.) to achieve project approval and measure success. Work with legal, capital development, engineering construction and energy transition services to structure contracts and commercial agreements. Work with regulatory to structure large projects within the regulated environment where possible and assist in preparation of LTC applications to the OEB. Manage, maintain and update prospect/client database and monthly reporting requirements. Manage the transition of projects from contract execution to project implementation to operations Produce professional written proposals and create/deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences. Participation in industry associations, tradeshows and workshops.Who you are: University Degree in Engineering or Business Commerce with a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, documentation and product specifications. Attention to detail and effective priority setting skills are an asset to this role. Successful candidate must demonstrate creativity, flexibility and ability to consider various business models objectively. Diverse business experience and background is an asset Must love solving puzzles and be comfortable with ambiguity - not easily intimidated by the enormity of a challenge. The candidate must have superb communication skills, including public/formal speaking engagements and crafting effective proposals.Preferred: P.Eng, MBA or CFA preferred Willingness to listen to clients and stakeholders to support a customer centric organization Previous leadership roles within the organizationWorking Conditions: Occasional travel to other office, field locations or external client’s location.
