Calian is looking for an experienced Instructor to add to our talented team to deliver in-person training based in Kingston, Ontario for upcoming occasional requirements.Position OverviewThe chosen candidate will have strong knowledge of Conduct after Capture practices and the ability to instruct adultsResponsibilitiesDelivering Level B and C CAC AcademicsDelivering Level C practical CAC instructionInstruct on the CAC Instructor CourseRole playsDebriefing students’ performance in writing and verballyAttend Working Groups, conferences etc. on behalf of CAC TCCurriculum developmentQualificationsMinimum of high school/certified designation in the content area related to the taskMinimum of 6 (six) months’ experience instructing in the content area to the taskMinimum of two (2) years experience working in (not as an instructor) the content area related to the taskMust hold the Conduct After Capture Instructor qualification (AJRW) or a similarly recognized qualification, such as those delivered via our allies (FVEY nations)#LI-JK1#
