Employee Relations Specialist – Ford Motor Company of Canada, Canadian Parts Distribution OperationsThe RoleWorking with our team at the Canadian Parts Distribution Centres, the Human Resources Business Advisor will join our Ford of Canada Family fulfilling a 12-month contract / assignment. You will play a central role in fostering an effective and inclusive work environment balancing both employee advocacy and stewardship that aligns with our Ford+ company purpose. This contract position will be located primarily at our Paris Parts Distribution Centre where the team is focused on advancing our relationships with our customers and our Ford and Ford-Lincoln Dealer Network. The successful candidate will also be required to support other established locations in Ontario and Alberta and travel accordingly.
